Toshihiro Nikai

Toshihiro Nikai (二階 俊博, Nikai Toshihiro, born 17 February 1939) is a Japanese politician for the Liberal Democratic Party (LDP), the leader of the LDP Shisuikai faction (informally called the Nikai faction), and currently serving as the Secretary-General of the LDP since 2016. He was previously the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry.
